“Abu-Ghazaleh” Completes E-Archiving Project at the Social Security Corporation

AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global) has completed the electronic archiving of the Social Security Corporation (SSC) documents including files of establishments and institutions subject to the Social Security Law as well as documents relating to daily insurance services.
E-Archiving Department Manager at TAG.Global, Mr. Samer Al-Ramahi, said that it is expected to finalize the e-archiving process of all documents of facilities and institutions, expected to reach nearly 40 million documents, by the end of 2020 through the SSC’s Central Filing Department staff to get rid of paper transactions at all the Corporation’s branches.
Al-Ramahi pointed out that the Department was established in accordance with the vision of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of TAG.Global, to keep-up with the knowledge development, assist institutions and departments in their digital transformation, and meet the international standards and regulations on preserving documents from damage, fraud and theft.
In addition, Al-Ramahi said that the E-archiving System assists institutions and departments in freeing up space that was used to store piles of papers in a short time, pointing out that the System can manage all types of documents and allows users to retain them on demand even with no Internet connection with the possibility of access such documents through smart phone devices.
It is worth mentioning that Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global’s e-archiving system works in accordance with the international ISO standards.
