For Testing Employees and their Families for Covid 19: Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Signs Cooperation Agreement with Mega Labs Group

AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global (TAG.Global) and Mega Lab Group signed a cooperation agreement for testing TAG.Global employees and their families for Coronavirus (COVID-19).
In the presence of HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, founder and chairman of TAG.Global, the agreement was signed by Mega Labs Director General Dr. Hamza Abu-Sheikha and TAG.Global Human Resources Executive Director Mr. Ala’a Yaseen, at TAG.Global headquarters.
Commenting on the signing of the agreement, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh said that the agreement crystallizes TAG.Global’s keenness to ensure the health and safety of its employees and their families under the current health conditions the world and Jordan are experiencing due to the outbreak of COVID-19, noting that TAG.Global includes 550 employees in Jordan working at its four locations in the General Administration and Talal Abu-Ghazaleh University College for Innovation (TAGUCI) in Amman, in addition to two offices in Irbid and Maan Governorates.
Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh noted that the purpose of the agreement is to keep everyone safe, employees and families, as a part of the preventive and the precautionary measures taken by TAG.Global against the coronavirus. He pointed out that TAG.Global headquarters and buildings have been applying preventive measures including the non-contact temperature checks, Aman application information and face masks at all points of entry; and based on the indicators of the App., the employees will be directed to take the required test accordingly.
For his part, Dr. Abu Sheikha said that Mega Labs are specialized and furnished with the required equipment and expertise to conduct coronavirus-related tests that are characterized for their quick results and accuracy. Mega Labs operators are trained to use advanced lab technologies in 52 branches throughout the Kingdom around the clock, 24 hours a day, for the service of our homeland and citizens, he said.
He also stated that Mega Labs obtained all required local and international accreditations to conduct COVID-19 tests, adding that well-equipped and advanced labs have been prepared to offer services to people in all governorates, including branches on Al Madina Al Monawara St. in Amman, Karameh Border Crossing branch, the Arab Potash Company branch in addition to another branch in Aqaba governorate.
